On Human Resources Management from Perspective of Values

本文从确立企业价值观、基于价值观视角下的人力资源管理途径以及从价值观指引下的人力资源管理引申出的启示,进行了研究。通过研究,指出企业要赢得长期的竞争优势,价值观指引是关键,人力资源管理是价值观落地的重要工具。

This paper studies the establishment of enterprise values,human resource management approaches from the perspective of values and the enlightenment from human resource management under the guidance of values.Through the research,it is pointed out that in order to win long-term competitive advantage,values guidance is the key,and human resource management is an important tool for values landing.
