加强高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”队伍建设的思考

高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育工程能推动教师党支部书记成为党建带头人和学术带头人,是解决高校基层党建突出问题的重要举措。目前高职院校“双带头人”队伍在带头作用发挥、党务工作方法、履职尽责能力等方面还存在问题。要推进“双带头人”教师党支部书记队伍建设,高校应立足顶层设计,建章立制要“全”;明确职责标准,工作内容要“实”;育典型树标杆,示范引领要“强”。
