摘要
以浙江某地区35 kV小水电上网公用变电站及其区域为背景,为减少或避免该公用变电站进线瞬时故障引起该35 kV区域停电情况的发生,对该公用变电站故障解列方式进行了分析和改进方向的探讨,并提出了装设同期装置与保护联跳改造两种改进方案。最后,通过两种方案的对比,得出继电保护及安全自动装置的优化配置。
Taking a regional 35kV small hydropower grid common transformer in Zhejiang Province as example,in order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of power failure in the 35kV area caused by instantaneous failure of the common transformer incoming line,the fault disconnection mode of the common transformer is analyzed and the improvement direction is explored,two modification schemes for the installation of synchronization device and trip protection are put forward.Finally,through the comparison of the two schemes,the optimal configuration of relay protection and safety automatic device is obtained.
