贝复新与明胶海绵联用预防下颌埋伏智齿拔除术后干槽症的效果

Effect of the combination of bifexin and gelatin sponge on the prevention of dry socket after extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth

目的探讨贝复新、明胶海绵联用对下颌埋伏智齿拔除术后干槽症的预防效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年6月台山市人民医院收治的80例下颌埋伏智齿拔除术患者作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。两组下颌埋伏智齿患者均接受拔除术治疗,对照组术后予以明胶海绵填塞处理,研究组术后予以贝复新联合明胶海绵填塞处理。记录两组术后干槽症发生情况及药物相关不良反应发生情况。结果两组均顺利完成下颌埋伏智齿拔除术及术后相应干槽症预防措施。研究组术后干槽症发生率(5.00%,2/40)低于对照组(17.50%,7/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组下颌埋伏智齿患者术后干槽症预防用药各项相关不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联用贝复新、明胶海绵有利于提高下颌埋伏智齿拔除术患者术后干槽症的预防效果。

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of the combination of bevaxine and gelatin sponge on dry socket after extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth.Methods From July 2018 to June 2019,80 patients with mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated with extraction.The control group was treated with gelatin sponge after operation,and the study group was treated with beveling and gelatin sponge after operation.The incidence of dry socket and adverse drug reactions were recorded.Results In both groups,the extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth and the prevention of dry socket were successfully completed.The incidence of dry socket in the study group(5.00%,2/40)was lower than that in the control group(17.50%,7/40),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions related to the prevention of dry socket disease in the study group was compared with that in the control group,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of bifexin and gelatin sponge is helpful to improve the prevention effect of dry socket in the patients with mandibular impacted wisdom teeth extraction.
