葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液佐治小儿轻度腹泻的临床效果

Clinical effect of calcium zinc gluconate oral solution on mild diarrhea in children

目的研究葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液佐治小儿轻度腹泻的临床效果。方法选取商丘市中医院收治的100例小儿轻度腹泻患儿为研究对象,按随机数字法分为两组,每组50例。对照组进行常规治疗,在此基础上研究组给予葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液治疗。比较分析研究组与对照组患者的临床疗效、退热时间、脱水纠正时间、止泻时间及住院时间等临床指标。结果研究组治疗有效率为96.00%(48/50),对照组患儿治疗有效率为82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患儿的退热时间为(1.92±0.54)d,显著长于研究组[(1.02±0.43)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组患者的退热时间、脱水纠正时间、止泻时间及住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸钙锌口服溶液佐治小儿轻度腹泻临床效果理想,可有效缓解患儿的临床症状,治疗有效率较高,具有临床推广的意义。

Objective To study the clinical effect of calcium zinc gluconate oral solution on mild diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 100 children with mild diarrhea admitted to Shangqiu Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number method,each group had 50 cases.The control group was treated with routine treatment.On this basis,the study group was treated with calcium zinc gluconate oral solution.The clinical efficacy,antipyretic time,dehydration correction time,diarrhea relief time and hospitalization time of the study group and the control group were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate was 96.00%(48/50)in the study group and 82.00%(41/50)in the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time of the control group was(1.92±0.54)days,which was significantly longer than that of the study group[(1.02±0.43)d](P<0.05).There were significant differences between the study group and the control group in antipyretic time,dehydration correction time,antidiarrheal time and hospitalization time(P<0.05).Conclusions Calcium zinc gluconate oral solution is effective on mild diarrhea in children.It can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children,with a high effective rate,and has clinical significance.
