石煤挥发分产率测定条件的分析与优化 被引量:1

摘要 为了优化石煤挥发分产率测定条件,对6个石煤样品进行了14组不同时长的挥发分产率测定试验,从数学和图形学角度对试验数据进行了分析。发现石煤挥发分产率测定试验过程的温度场总体趋势是先降低再升高,在60~90 s时为最低温度场。待测样品水分在41 s前挥发完全,但水分挥发终了时间与样品水分含量之间并不具有相关性。根据石煤挥发分产率变化曲线波动现象,推断出样品最早发生氧化时间在180 s左右。根据挥发量变化率得出最优的石煤挥发分产率测试时长为150 s。 Volatile matter yield tests different lengths of time were carried out with 6 stone samples.The experimental data were analyzed from the perspective of mathematics and graphics,The overall trend of the temperature field in the test process is to first decrease and then increase,and the lowest temperature field occured at 60-90s.The moisture of the sample to be tested volatilized completely before 41s,but there was no correlation between the end of water evaporation and the moisture content of the sample.According to the fluctuation phenomenon of the volatile yield curve of stone coal,it is concluded that the earliest oxidation time of the sample is about 180s.According to the rate of change of volatilization,the optimal test period for the volatile matter yield of stone coal should be 150s.
