摘要
从研究型高等院校如何培养工科大学生实践和创新能力问题出发,提出了一种借助大学生创新训练项目和指导教师科研课题,充分利用重点实验室资源优势,对本科生进行技术装备研发能力的培养模式。该模式实施后,学生的创新精神、实践能力和团队协作精神得到很大提升,并获得了多项科研成果。该模式拓宽了学生视野,提升了创新能力,同时形成了一系列发明专利,增强了实验室的自主研发能力。
To solve the problem of cultivating the practical and innovative ability of engineering students in researchoriented universities,this paper proposes a training mode for undergraduates’ ability of technological equipment by innovative training projects.It makes full use of the resource advantages of key laboratories.After the implementation of the system,students’ innovative spirit,practical ability and team spirit have been greatly improved,A number of scientific research results have been obtained.On the one hand,it broadens students’ horizons and improves their innovative ability.On the other hand,a series of invention patents have been achieved and the independent research and development ability of the laboratory.
