摘要
城市轨道交通发展过程中与地铁衔接的交通方式还存在着明显不足,尤其是配套停车场地存在布局不够合理、场地被其他方式侵占等问题。解决城市地铁停车场所的空间布局问题,则需要对其进行布局优化,而前提是要了解城市地铁的空间结构特征。文章基于时间距离模型的可达性研究方法揭示了南京地铁的基本空间结构特征:圈层结构和“十字形”结构。并据此提出完善大型停车场配置,优化地铁停车场所的空间布局优化方案。同时提出对策建议:①突出地铁停车场所的公共利益属性,强化执政为民的工作理念;②所有地铁站点都应保留停车场所,所涉关键技术难题可集中攻关解决;③地铁换乘问题的解决为国内外其他城市提供示范价值和一定的借鉴意义。
In the development of urban rail transit,there are still obvious shortcomings in the mode of transportation connecting with subway,especially in the layout of supporting parking lots management,occupation of the site by other means,etc.To solve the spatial layout problem of urban subway parking lots,it is necessary to optimize its layout,and the premise is to understand the spatial structure characteristics of urban subway.The accessibility research method based on time-distance model reveals the basic spatial structure characteristics of Nanjing metro:circle structure and"cross"structure.Based on this,the paper puts forward the optimization scheme of perfecting the configuration of large parking lots and optimizing the spatial layout of subway parking lots.At the same time,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:1)Highlight the public interest attribute of subway parking lots and strengthen the working concept of governing for the people;2)All subway stations should keep the parking lots,and the key technical problems can be solved by focusing on tackling key problems;3)The solution of subway transfer problem provides demonstration value and certain reference significance for other cities at home and abroad.
