极低频电磁场对重症脑损伤患儿脑脊液中NLRP3水平的影响 被引量:1

Effects of extremely low frequency electromagnetic field on NLRP3 in cerebrospinal fluid of children with severe traumatic brain injury

摘要 目的探讨极低频电磁场对重症脑损伤(sTBI)患儿的治疗效果,及其对sTBI患儿脑脊液中核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)水平的影响。方法选取2016年2月至2018年3月驻马店市中心医院收治的sTBI患儿74例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上进行极低频电磁场治疗。比较不同年龄、性别、格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS评分)sTBI患儿脑脊液中NLRP3的表达水平;比较观察组和对照组sTBI患儿脑脊液中NLRP3的表达变化,并根据格拉斯哥预后评分评价sTBI患儿的预后。结果sTBI患儿脑脊液中NLRP3的表达水平与性别无相关性(P>0.05),但与年龄和GCS评分有相关性(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,两组sTBI患儿脑脊液中NLRP3表达水平均低于治疗前,且观察组[(19.28±10.59)ng/ml]低于对照组[(25.81±9.38)ng/ml],P<0.05。观察组sTBI患儿的恢复良好率(32.43%,12/37)高于对照组(21.62%,8/37),P<0.05。结论极低频电磁场可以改善sTBI患儿的预后,降低sTBI患儿脑脊液中NLRP3的表达水平,对sTBI患儿具有脑保护的作用。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of extremely low frequency electromagnetic field(ELF-EMF)on children with severe traumatic brain injury(sTBI),and its effects on the level of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)in cerebrospinal fluid of sTBI children.Methods A total of 74 children with sTBI treated in Zhumadian Central Hospital from February 2016 to March 2018 were selected.These children were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given ELF-EMF treatment on the basis of routine treatment.The levels of NLRP3 in cerebrospinal fluid were compared among sTBI children with different ages,genders,Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)scores.The expression of NLRP3 in cerebrospinal fluid of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the prognoses of children with sTBI were evaluated by GCS scores.Results The expression level of NLRP3 in cerebrospinal fluid of children with sTBI was not correlated with gender(P>0.05),but independently associated with age and GCS score(P<0.05).At 7 d after treatment,the expression level of NLRP3 in cerebrospinal fluid of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group had lower expression level than the control group,(19.28±10.59)ng/ml vs.(25.81±9.38)ng/ml,P<0.05.The recovery rate of sTBI children in the observation group(32.43%,12/37)was higher than that in the control group(21.62%,8/37),P<0.05.Conclusions ELF-EMF could decrease the expression level of NLRP3 in cerebrospinal fluid and improve the prognoses of children with sTBI;moreover,it has the effects of brain protection.
