计算机辅助设计3D打印技术在跟骨骨折手术中的应用 被引量:1

Application of 3D printing with computer aided design technology in the operation of calcaneal fracture

摘要 目的探讨计算机辅助设计3D打印技术在跟骨骨折手术中的应用效果。方法以晋城煤业集团总医院2017年8月至2018年7月治疗的56例跟骨骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。对照组行常规跟骨骨折手术治疗,观察组在跟骨骨折手术中联合应用计算机辅助设计3D打印技术,分析两组患者跟骨、踝关节功能康复状况及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后半年跟骨及踝关节康复优良率(67.86%,19/28)高于对照组(39.29%,11/28),P<0.05;术后半年内观察组足踝关节美国矫形外科足踝协会(AOFAS)评分改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率(10.71%,3/28)低于对照组(39.29%,11/28),P<0.05。结论计算机辅助设计3D打印技术能够有效提高跟骨骨折患者术后跟骨及踝关节功能康复,降低术后并发症发生率。 Objective To investigate the application effects of 3 dimensional(3D)printing with computer aided design technology in the operation of calcaneal fracture.Methods Fifty-six patients with calcaneal fracture treated in Jincheng Coal Industry Group General Hospital from August 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled,and they were divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated by conventional calcaneal fracture operation,and the observation group was treated by 3D printing with computer aided design in the operation of calcaneus fracture.The functional rehabilitation and postoperative complications of calcaneus and ankle in two groups were compared.Results The good rehabilitation rate of calcaneus and ankle joint in the observation group(67.86%,19/28)was higher than that in the control group(39.29%,11/28),P<0.05.The improvement of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)score of the ankle joint in the observation group was better than that in the control group within half a year after operation(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(10.71%,3/28)was lower than that in the control group(39.29%,11/28),P<0.05.Conclusions 3D printing with computer aided design technology can effectively improve the functional rehabilitation of calcaneus and ankle joint in patients with calcaneus fracture after operation,and reduce the probability of postoperative complications.
