阿加曲班联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的效果及其对患者神经功能及血清炎性因子水平的影响

Effects of argatroban combined with Xueshuantong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and on neurological function and levels of serum inflammatory factors

目的探究阿加曲班联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的效果及其对患者神经功能及血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2016年12月至2018年12月在晋城市人民医院治疗的100例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组(52例)和对照组(48例)。对照组采用阿加曲班治疗,观察组采用阿加曲班联合血栓通治疗。采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)比较两组患者神经功能缺损情况,观察两组的临床治疗效果及血清炎性因子水平,并统计两组的不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均表现为下降趋势(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(88.46%,46/52)高于对照组(72.92%,35/48),χ^2=4.882,P=0.027。治疗后,两组血清白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8和肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿加曲班联合血栓通可有效改急性脑梗死善患者的神经功能,降低血清炎症因子水平,具有良好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the curative effects of argatroban combined with Xueshuantong injection on acute cerebral infarction,and its influence on neurological function and levels of serum inflammatory factors in patients.Methods One hundred patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in Jincheng People’s Hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled as research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=52)and control group(n=48)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with argatroban,and the observation group was treated with argatroban combined with Xueshuantong injection.The neurological deficits of the two groups were compared using the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS).The clinical effects and levels of serum inflammation factors were observed,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were counted.Results After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups showed a downward trend(P<0.05),and the NIHSS scores of observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(88.46%,46/52)was higher than that of the control group(72.92%,35/48),χ^2=4.882,P=0.027.The interleukin-6,interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor-α,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Argatroban combined with Xueshuantong injection can effectively improve the neurological function and levels of inflammation factors of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and the trentment has good clinical efficacy.
