阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果

Effect of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase on patients with cerebral ischemic stroke

目的探讨阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(CIS)的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的80例CIS患者为研究对象,应用双盲法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组接受常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上使用阿替普酶治疗,对比分析两组患者的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组临床总有效率为92.5%(37/40),高于对照组的72.5%(29/40),研究组不良反应发生率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的15.00%(6/40),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后2 h、24 h、14 d以及3个月,研究组NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论阿替普酶治疗CIS可改善患者神经功能,提高临床疗效,不良反应发生率低,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the effects of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase in the treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS).Methods A total of 80 CIS patients who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.All the patients were divided into control group and study group by double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the study group was treated by alteplase based on routine treatment.The American National National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score and treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the study group was 92.5%(37/40),which was higher than the 72.5%(29/40)of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than the 15.00%(6/40)in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).At 2 hours,24 hours,14 days and 3 months after treatment,the NIHSS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Using alteplase in the treatment of CIS can improve the neurological function of patients,promote the clinical efficacy,with low incidence of adverse reactions,which is safe and reliable.
