慢性心力衰竭(简称心衰)是心室充盈和(或)射血功能受损,以肺循环或体循环阏血,器官、组织灌注不足为临床表现的一组综合征。目前心衰的病因越来越多,发病症状也越来越隐蔽,故其治疗方法亦有不同。随着科技的发展,人口老龄化也越来越严重,心衰的发病率也越来越高,亦越来越年轻化。近年来,随着对心衰研究的不断深入,中医治疗心衰在一定程度上取得很好的效果,现对中医治疗心衰的病因病机以及治疗手段进行论述。

Chronic heart failure(abbreviated as heart failure)is a group of syndromes with impaired ventricular filling and/or ejection function,with pulmonary circulation or systemic circulation congestion,and insufficient organ and tissue perfusion as clinical manifestations.At present,there are more and more causes of heart failure,and the symptoms are becoming more and more hidden.Therefore,the treatment methods are also different.With the development of science and technology,the aging of the population has become more and more serious.The incidence of heart failure has also become higher and higher,and its onset age has become younger and younger.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of the study of heart failure,traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good results in the treatment of heart failure to a certain extent.The etiology,pathogenesisand treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine for heart failure were discussed and summarized as follows.
