中药蒺藜在眼科疾病治疗中的应用

Application of Jili(Tribulus terrestris)in Treatment of Ophthalmic Diseases

蒺藜(Tribulus terrestris L,TT),别名:刺蒺藜,白蒺藜,蒺藜科蒺藜属。蒺藜果实中主要含有皂苷、生物碱、黄酮、多糖、氨基酸等化学活性成分。蒺藜作为我国药食同源的中药材,有多方面的药用价值,国内外学者对蒺藜的药理作用多有研究,其有效成分在心脑血管系统、改善性功能、中枢神经系统、免疫调节、视神经保护、利尿、抗疲劳等方面有积极作用;在眼科疾病的治疗上也有着显著的疗效:在干眼,病毒性结膜炎,流行性角结膜炎治疗上及视神经、视网膜的保护上多有应用。现针对蒺藜有效成分及其复方在眼科疾病治疗中的应用做一综述。

Jili(Tribulus terrestris L),also named Cijili or Baijili,belongs to Zygophyllceae and Tribulus.The fruit mainly contains chemical active ingredients such as saponins,alkaloids,flavonoids,polysaccharides and amino acids.As a Chinese herbal medicine(it is also a food in China),it has many medicinal values.Many scholars have studied the pharmacological actions of Jili(Tribulus terrestris L).Its active ingredients have a positive effect in the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,central nervous system diseases,improving sexual function and immune regulation,optic nerve protection,promoting urine,anti-fatigue and other aspects.It has also the therapeutic effects on the treatment of ophthalmic diseases,like dry eye,viral conjunctivitis,epidemic keratoconjunctivitis treatment and optic nerve,retinal protection.This review focused on the current application of the active ingredients of Jili(Tribulus terrestris L)and their combination in the treatment of ophthalmic diseases.
