二倍体、四倍体球茎大麦种子萌发特性研究

摘要 球茎大麦(Hordeum bulbosum)是禾本科大麦属多年生草本植物。本研究以引自吉尔吉斯斯坦的二倍体和四倍体球茎大麦种子为材料,开展不同变温、不同光照和不同浓度Na Cl胁迫条件下的种子萌发试验。结果表明:两种材料种子72 h最大吸水率分别为111%和112%,均有较强的种皮透水性;两种材料种子在全黑暗条件下具有较高的萌发率,最适萌发温度均为15/2℃;高温对两种材料种子的萌发有抑制作用;两种材料种子均具有较强的抗盐能力和较高的恢复萌发率,80 mmol/L Na Cl浓度是两种材料种子萌发的阀值。本研究结果显示,以上两种球茎大麦的种子具有在昼夜温差较大的盐碱环境中萌发的能力,具有在新疆作为牧草进行种植推广的可能性。 Hordeum bulbosum is a perennial herb of Gramineae.The seeds of diploid and tetraploid H.bulbosum introduced from Kyrgyzstan were used as experimental materials in this paper.Seed germination tests carried out under different temperatures,lights and concentrations of NaCl.The results showed that the maximum water absorption rate of seeds of diploid and tetraploid H.bulbosum after 72 hours were 111% and112%,respectively,which had strong seed coat permeability.The seeds of the two materials had higher germination rate under the condition of total darkness,and the optimal germination temperature was 15/2℃ .High temperature could inhibit the germination of the seeds.The seeds of the two materials had strong resistance to salt and high recovery germination rate,and 80 mmol/L NaCl was the threshold for seed germination.The results showed that the seeds of diploid and tetraploid H.bulbosum had the possibility of being cultivated and popularized as forage grass in the desert saline environment of Xinjiang.
