花生品种(系)对叶蝉和斜纹夜蛾的田间抗性鉴定与广义遗传力分析 被引量:1

Field Resistance Identification and Broad-Sense Heritability Analysis of Peanut Cultivars( Lines) against Empoasca flavescens and Spodoptera litura

摘要 在田间进行27个花生品种和16个花生品系对叶蝉和斜纹夜蛾的抗性鉴定,结果表明:花生品种叶蝉和斜纹夜蛾虫害级别广义遗传力均为高,说明针对这两种害虫的抗性遗传改良具有可行性;鉴定出中抗叶蝉的花生品种18个,中抗斜纹夜蛾的花生品种19个、品系11个,其中兼抗普通油酸花生品种9个(花育31号、花育41号、花育6610、花育9610、花育9612、花育9613、花育9615、花育9616、花育9617)、兼抗高油酸品种4个(花育661、花育664、花育666和花育963)。这些抗源的获得为进一步研究其抗虫机制、进行抗虫育种提供了有价值的材料,同时也有助于建立健全花生有害生物综合治理体系。 The resistance of 27 peanut cultivars and 16 peanut lines against Empoasca flavescens and Spodoptera litura were identified under field conditions.The results showed that the broad-sense heritability of peanut cultivars against Empoasca flavescens and Spodoptera litura were all at high levels,which demonstrated that the genetic improvement of resistance in peanut against pests was feasible.There were 18 and 19 peanut cultivars identified with moderate resistant against Empoasca flavescens and Spodoptera litura,respectively.Among them,9 normal oleic acid peanut cultivars( Huayu 31,Huayu 41,Huayu 6610,Huayu 9610,Huayu9612,Huayu 9613,Huayu 9615,Huayu 9616,Huayu 9617) and 4 high oleic acid peanut cultivars( Huayu661,Huyau 664,Huayu 666,Huayu 963) had resistance against the pests.The acquisition of these resistant sources not only provided valuable materials for researching peanut’s resistance mechanism and breeding against pests,but also contributed to establishing and improving the comprehensive management system for peanut pests.
