膝关节镜下治疗骨关节炎退行性变的效果及对炎症反应的影响

Effect of knee arthroscopic treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis and its influence on inflammatory response

目的探讨膝关节镜下治疗骨关节炎退行性变的效果及对炎症反应的调节效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年8月于本院进行治疗的62例骨关节炎退行性变患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予膝关节镜下治疗,观察分析两组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、膝关节HSS评分及炎症反应[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平。结果治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,HSS评分高于对照组,IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节镜下治疗骨关节炎退行性变患者效果较好,患者的疼痛程度有所减轻,且膝关节功能有所提高,同时能有效改善炎症反应,患者易接受。

Objective To investigate the effect of knee arthroscopic treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis and its regulative effects on inflammatory response.Methods 62 patients with degenerative osteoarthritis who were treated in the hospital from May 2017 to August 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 31 cases in each group.Control group was given routine treatment,and observation group was given knee arthroscopic treatment.The visual analogue scale(VAS),knee joint HSS score,levels of inflammatory response[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]in the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,the HSS score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin observation group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Knee arthroscopic treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis has better effects,it can alleviate pain,increase knee joint function,and improve inflammatory response,which is easily accepted by the patients.
