摘要 目的探讨关节镜下手术治疗膝关节损伤的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月至2018年8月本院收治的82例膝关节损伤患者,根据不同手术方案分为两组,各41例。对照组行关节镜下切除术治疗,观察组行关节镜下成形术治疗,比较手术前后两组患者的膝关节功能、疼痛变化情况,对比两组疗效。结果术前两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、纽约特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分比较差异无统计学意义;术后观察组的HSS评分(91.52±10.96)分高于对照组的(82.67±11.52)分,VAS评分(2.23±1.15)分低于对照组的(3.65±1.31)分(P<0.05);观察组治疗优良率(92.68%)高于对照组(75.61%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用关节镜下成形术治疗膝关节损伤能够有效减轻患者疼痛感,促进膝关节功能恢复,疗效显著。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic surgery for knee joint injury.Methods 82 patients with knee joint injuries admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were divided into two groups according to different surgical procedures,with 41 cases in each group.The control group underwent arthroscopic resection and the observation group underwent arthroscopic angioplasty.The knee joint function and pain changes in the two groups before and after surgery,and the curative effect were compared.Results Before surgery,there was no significant difference in the visual analog scale(VAS)and the New York Special Surgery Hospital(HSS)knee joint scores between the two groups.After surgery,the HSS score(91.52±10.96)in the observation group was higher than that(82.67±11.52)in the control group,the VAS score(2.23±1.15)in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(3.65±1.31),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent treatment rate of the observation group(92.68%)was higher than that of the control group(75.61%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic angioplasty for knee joint injury can effectively alleviate pain and promote knee function recovery.
