Evolution Trend and Adjustment Strategy of Organization Structure for Packaging Industry

包装产业作为我国制造体系的重要组成部分,关于其产业组织结构的研究较少,而研究大、中、小(微)企业的有机组合,有助于设计产业链上下游企业的相互衔接配合的生态体系。鉴于此,我们从包装产业组织结构的特征分析入手,分析其平台化、产业链整合和多种技术融合的发展趋势,并提出相应的调整策略。

Packaging industry is an important part of China’s manufacturing system,but it has less research on its industrial organization structure,while the research of the organic combination of large,medium and small enterprises is helpful to design the ecological system of linking up the upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain.In view of this,we start with the analysis of the characteristics of the organizational structure of packaging industry,analyze the development trend of its platform,industrial chain integration and multi-technology integration,and propose the corresponding adjustment strategies.
