摘要
随着配电网规模的不断扩大,配电设备的数量也越来越多。为了确保所有的设备都能可靠地运行,日常需要进行大量的维护工作。配电网运维调度是配电网运行的重要内容,对配电网运行的可靠性和经济性有着重要的影响。论文提出了一种新的运维调度模型,以负载损耗、电网有功损耗和系统风险作为目标函数,采用差分进化算法对设备运维时间和负荷传递路径进行优化。最后以IEEE-33节点的配电网为例,证明了论文所提运维调度模型的准确性与有效性。
With the continuous expansion of the distribution network scale,the number of distribution equipment is also increasing.In order to ensure reliable operation of all devices,a great deal of maintenance work is required daily.Distribution network operation and maintenance scheduling is an important part of distribution network operation,which has an important impact on the reliability and economy of distribution network operation.In this paper,a new operation and maintenance scheduling model is proposed,which takes load loss,active power loss and system risk as objective functions and uses differential evolution algorithm to optimize equipment operation and maintenance time and load transfer path.Finally,the IEEE-33 node distribution network is taken as an example to prove the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed operation and maintenance scheduling model.
