基于手机信令数据的孕妇群体定位研究

Research on Location of Pregnant Women Based on Mobile Phone Signaling Data

随着社会的发展,越来越多的家庭积极响应国家二胎政策,这使得新生儿的出生情况再一次引起社会的重视。由于医疗数据保密且庞大,目前尚无人员及组织对新生儿的出生地区分布做出统计。针对这一问题,论文使用手机信令数据,对手机用户进行群体行为分析,划分并确定出用户一段时间内常出现的位置,用聚类的方法定位出属于孕妇的人群群体。再根据孕妇群体的行为轨迹判断出孕妇们的生产时间及地点,从而得到新生儿的出生时间及地点。

With the development of society,more and more families respond positively to the national two-child policy,which makes the birth situation of the newborn cause social attention again.There are no staff and organizations to make statistics on the distribution of newborn’s birth area due to the secrecy and sheer size of the medical data.To solve this problem,this paper uses mobile phone signaling data to analyze mobile phone users’group behavior,divides and determines the location that users often appear in a period of time,and uses clustering method to locate the group of pregnant women.According to the behavior track of the pregnant women group,the production time and location of the pregnant women are judged,so as to get the birth time and location of the newborn.
