摘要
通过育果袋纸套袋技术培育的福建蜜柚在成熟采摘后,经出口检验检疫检出了氯硝胺成分并超标,达不到食品农残限值要求,对平和蜜柚的正常出口造成一定的影响,为此对育果袋纸中氯硝胺的来源展开了分析。经实验,明确了氯硝胺产生的原因,同时发现采用M试剂可以有效阻止育果袋纸中氯硝胺的合成,从而消除了氯硝胺所带来的食品安全问题。
After ripening and picking,Fujian honey pomelo cultivated by the bagging technique of fruit-bagged paper was tested by export inspection and quarantine,which failed to meet the limit of food residues and caused influence on the normal export of pomelo.The source of chlornitramine in pomelo was analyzed.The reasons for the production of chlornitramine were clarified through the experiments,and it was found that using M reagent could effectively prevent the synthesis of chlornitramine in pomelo,thus eliminating the food safety problems caused by chlornitramine.
