摘要
为实现对变压器内绝缘油的自动油气分离,设计一种色谱测试机器人,包括供油部、套帽部、注气部和色谱检测设备,对它们进行机构设计,进行油气分离后对其进行气相色谱检测,结果表明:色谱测试机器人可完成油气分离,与人工试验结果最大偏差为10.34%,满足检测要求。
In order to separate the oil and gas of the insulating oil in the transformer automatically,a chromatography test robot,including the oil supply part,the cap part,the gas injection department and the chromatography testing equipment was designed.The mechanism of them were designed,and carried out gas chromatography test after the separation of oil and gas.The results show that the difference of the isolated gas component is small while the chromatography test robot separates the oil and gas automatically.
