位于国土边界线地带的边疆,地理多样、民族多样、文化多样,在国家历史和现实中具有特殊的战略地位。边疆地区具有文化资源丰富性、民族多元文化多样以及既边远又前沿的双重属性,对边疆地区少数民族文化资源进行开发,具有深远意义。边疆地区面临着与内地经济差异大、生态资源较为脆弱、开发与赚取商业利润之间存在矛盾、意识形态安全渗透严重等问题。开发边疆少数民族文化资源,应正视边疆地区的特殊性,重生态环境保护,走可持续发展之路;发展与保护并重,走文化产业发展之路;打造文化特色品牌,促进文化资源资本化;加强文化安全意识教育,增强民族文化软实力。

Because of the geographical diversity, ethnic diversity, cultural diversity, the frontier areas have a special position in history and present. It has great significance to develop the cultural resources of border areas. Frontier areas are confronted with problems such as large economic difference, fragile ecological resources, contradiction between development and commercial profit, and so on. So we should face the particularity of border areas, attach importance to ecological environment protection and take the road of sustainable development in developing these areas.
