基于成本视角的企业最优治污策略的研究

Research on the Optimal Pollution Control Strategy of Enterprise Based on the Cost Perspective

本文通过污染边际损害成本、污染边际控制成本曲线,分析了企业治污行为,给出了企业最优治污策略。运用EViews软件得到边际损害成本回归模型和边际控制成本回归模型,不仅能够指导企业选择最低成本治污策略,而且为政府有效规范企业污染治理行为,提供理论支撑。

Based on the curve of pollution marginal damage cost and pollution marginal control cost,this paper analyzes the pollution discharge and treatment behavior of enterprises,and gives the optimal pollution discharge strategy of enterprises.Using Eviews software to get marginal damage cost regression model and marginal control cost regression model,which can not only guide enterprises to choose the lowest cost control strategy,but also provide theoretical support for the government to effectively regulate the corporate pollution control behavior.
