采纳高原夏菜尾菜循环利用技术的意愿与行动不同步——基于榆中县微观农户数据的实证分析

The Willingness to Adopt Tail Vegetable Recycling Technology of Plateau Summer Vegetable——Based on a Survey in Yuzhong County

近些年,兰州高原夏菜产业发展迅速,已成为在全国有一定知名度的品牌,但尾菜废弃处理不当、资源化利用效率低愈加制约着该产业的发展。调查组对榆中县5个村展开实地调研,通过户主及农户家庭基本情况、农户了解和使用尾菜循环技术情况、影响农户采纳意愿的因素等方面展开问卷调查,并对调查数据进行统计分析后,发现农户普遍具有尾菜循环利用的意识,但实际生产中尾菜循环技术采纳率较低,采纳意愿与采纳行为存在背离,技术的不便利、成本高、难以掌握、技术推广渠道单一是阻碍技术推广的主要因素,因此针对农户采纳意愿展开有效的技术推广是破解高原夏菜产业发展瓶颈的关键点。

The Plateau Summer Vegetable Industry in Lanzhou is developing rapidly. However, there are many problems with the sustainable development of this industry, such as the improper disposal of waste. In this paper, the five villagesof Yuzhong County current situation were summarized based on surveys. The results show that: the farmers demand willingness ofgrassroots agriculture technical promotion service is not very strong, and it is affected by the factors such as technology is not easy to use, the education level and the farming years of the household head, and the training of farmers and the service charges. Based on the survey and analysis, development countermeasures for plateau summer vegetable industry were put forward such as strengthening farmer training, and so on.
