先秦儒家君子人格对新时代新闻传播人才培养的启示

在当前经济全球化的背景下,科技不断进步、信息空前发达、观点碰撞、价值多元,作为社会教化和文明传承承担者的新闻从业者群体人格面临重大危机和挑战。先秦儒家思想及其孕育而成的"君子"之理想人格范型,对当代新闻从业者人格的形成和伦理精神的培育有着重要的启迪意味,其所包含的人本思想、诚实守信、勇于担当等内容符合当代新闻传播的价值追求,是新闻从业者应具备的道德修养和人格基础,理应为新时期我国新闻传播教育吸收和借鉴。

Under the background of the current economic globalization,with the continuous progress of science and technology,the unprecedented development of information,the collision of viewpoints and the diversity of values,the journalists’group personality,as the undertaker of the social education and the inheritance of civilization,is facing a great crisis and challenge.The ideal personality model of the gentleman born from the Confucianism in the pre-Qin period has an important enlightenment to the formation of personality and cultivation of ethical spirit of contemporary journalists Its contents,such as peopleoriented thought,honesty,trustworthiness and responsibility,are in line with the value pursuit of contemporary news communication,and are the moral cultivation and personality foundation that journalists should possess and it should be absorbed and used for reference by China’s journalism and communication education in the new period.
