基于响应面法的多道次单点渐进成形径向尺寸的控制 被引量:3

摘要 为了控制多道次单点渐进成形中零件的径向尺寸误差,利用响应面法研究了主要成形工艺参数对零件的径向尺寸误差的影响规律,分析了各个参数及其交互作用对目标影响的显著性,并进一步对试验数据的适应度进行了分析,进而建立了多道次单点渐进成形径向尺寸误差的预测模型。同时利用最小化算法,结合此类工艺的加工效率,得到较优的工艺参数组合,从而实现多道次单点渐进成形径向尺寸的精确控制。结果表明:成形工具的二次项对径向尺寸误差的影响非常显著,下压量、进给速率及其与成形工具的交互作用对径向尺寸误差的影响较为显著,此外,利用最小化算法得到了4组较优的工艺参数组合。多道次单点渐进成形中,应选择下压量为0.32 mm、工具直径为Φ12 mm及进给速率为1188 mm·min-1的配置作为较优的工艺参数组合来改善零件的径向尺寸误差。 In order to control the radial dimension error of parts in the multi-pass single point incremental forming,the influence laws of major forming process parameters on the radial dimensional error of parts were analyzed by response surface method,and the influence significance of each parameter and its interaction on the target were analyzed.Then,the fitness of experimental data was further evaluated,and the forecast model of radial dimensional error was proposed in the multi-pass single point incremental forming.Meanwhile,some optimal forming process parameters were obtained by the minimization algorithm and processing efficiency of such kind of process,and the precise control of radial dimension in the multi-pass single point incremental forming was realized.The results show that the influence of the secondary term for forming tool on the radial dimensional error is very significant,and the influences of reduction amount,feeding rate and interaction between forming tool and feeding rate are significant.In addition,four groups of superior process parameter combinations were obtained by the minimization algorithm.Thus,the combination of superior process parameters with the reduction amount of 0.32 mm,the tool diameter ofΦ12 mm and the feeding rate of 1188 mm·min-1 are selected to improve the radial dimension error of parts in the multi-pass single point incremental forming.
