Conductive passivating contacts for crystalline silicon solar cells

With the support by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Outstanding Youth Science Foundation of Hebei province,the research team led by Dr.Chen JianHui(陈剑辉)at Hebei University,reported recently on conductive hole-selective passivating contacts for crystalline silicon solar cells,which was published in Advanced Energy Materials (2020,1903851).
