Molecular basis of ADORA1 inhibition-mediated tumor immune evasion by regulating the ATF3-PD-L1 Axis

With the support by the National Natural Science Foundation of China,the research team led by Prof.Chen Xiang (陈翔)and Prof.Liu Hong (刘洪)at the Xiangya Hospital,Central South University,uncovered the role of adenosine signaling pathway in cancer immunotherapy,which was published in Cancer Cell (2020,37:324—339).
