Association of rare PTGIS variants with susceptibility and pulmonary vascular response in patients with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension

With the support by the National Natural Science Foundation of China,the research team led by Prof.Jing ZhiCheng(荆志成)at the Key Laboratory of Pulmonary Vascular Medicine,Department of Cardiology,Peking Union Medical College Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,discovered a novel susceptibility gene PTGISfor idiopathic pulmonary hypertension (IPAH).
