摘要
自2007年西藏大学生就业制度改革为"市场导向、政府调控、学校推荐、双向选择、自主择业",大学生大量进入到就业市场,普遍出现大学生"就业难"的现象。近几年,由于国家以及自治区公务员考试制度的逐渐完善,越来越多的人参与到公务员考试中,公务员考试成为名副其实的"西藏第一考",尤其出现大学生扎堆考公务员的现象。本文中试图通过对西藏大学生考"公务员热"现状分析,探究其形成原因,找出缓解大学生考"公务员热"的对策建议,有效地解决当前大学生就业的难题。
Since the reform of the employment system for college students in Tibet in 2007 was"two-way choice,independent job selection",college students have entered the job market in large numbers,The phenomenon of"difficult employment"for university students has generally appeared,which has attracted the attention of the government and all sectors of society.In recent years,due to the gradual improvement of the civil service examination system of the state and autonomous regions,more and more people have participated in the civil service examination.The civil service examination has become a veritable"Tibet’s first test",especially the phenomenon of college students getting together to test civil servants.The civil service examination has become the most talked about topic on the university campus.This article attempts to analyze the current situation of the"Civil Service Fever"of college students in Tibet,explore the reasons for its formation,find countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate the"Civil Service Fever"of college students,and effectively solve the current employment problems of college students.
