基于离散元分析的夹矸煤层硬岩掘进机载荷分析 被引量:4

摘要 考虑到硬岩掘进机作业时经常会穿越一些多种地质条件共存的工况环境,使得传统的分析方法得不到更为准确的刀盘载荷,文中使用EDEM三维离散元仿真软件建立夹矸的复杂地质条件,并使用ANSYS与EDEM联合仿真方法得到硬岩掘进机的刀盘受力情况,采用黏结模型Hertz-Mindlin来模拟煤岩的物理状态。同时用Archard模型来模拟颗粒和外壳接触模型,借助于Add-in在有限元分析软件中所嵌入的耦合接口,在有限元分析软件读入截割载荷的过程中,同步构建与结构分析模型的联系。最后通过不同地层条件下的刀盘载荷仿真可知,随着夹矸层比例的增大,硬岩掘进机刀盘承受的载荷越大,即需要提供的驱动载荷越大;随着夹矸层位置越靠近刀盘中心,硬岩掘进机刀盘承受的载荷越小,即需要提供的驱动载荷越小;当夹矸层由竖直变为水平时,硬岩掘进机刀盘承受的载荷逐渐增大,即需要提供的驱动载荷逐渐增大。 Since the hard-rock tunneling machine often winds through the working environment with complex geological conditions,the traditional analysis fails to ensure accurate cutter-head load.Thus,in this article,the three-dimensional discrete element simulation software EDEM is adopted to set up the complex geological conditions of gangue,and the simulation software ANSYS and EDEM are employed jointly to identify the cutter-head stress.The bond model Hertz-Mindlin is used to simulate the physical state of coal rock.Besides,the Archard model is used to simulate the contact model between particles and the shell.With the aid of the coupling interface embedded in the finite element analysis software via Add-in,the relationship between the structure-analysis model and the contact model is identified synchronously,when the data on the cutting load is straightened out.The results of the simulated cutter-head load under different strata conditions show that with the increase of the proportion of the gangue layer,the load on the cutter head of the hard-rock tunneling machine increases,that is to say,the required load increases;with the gangue layer closer to the cutter-head center,the load decreases,that is to say,the required load decreases;when the gangue layer changes from vertical to horizontal,the load increases gradually,that is to say,the required load increases gradually.
