摘要
为研究全液压钻机多变幅机构的可靠性、安全性,确定瞬时冲击激振力作用下多变幅机构动态响应的衰减特性,基于模态分析理论,通过ABAQUS有限元分析软件,以ZDY2-3200LF全液压钻机的多变幅机构为研究对象,获得其固有频率和各阶振型,并在此基础上,以全液压钻机的最大给进力作为多变幅机构的瞬时冲击激振力,获得其应力和位移的动态响应曲线。研究结果为多变幅机构的优化设计提供依据,对其他全液压钻机多变幅机构的优化设计也具有参考价值。
In order to explore the reliability and safety of the drilling rig’s multi-luffing mechanism,the attenuation characteristics of the mechanism’s dynamic response are identified when the instantaneous impact force is exerted.Based on the modal analysis,this article focuses on the multi-luffing mechanism of the ZDY2-3200LF fully-hydraulic drilling rig,and thus its natural frequency and various modes are worked out by means of the finite element software ABAQUS.On this basis,the maximum thrust force serves as the instantaneous impact force of the multi-luffing mechanism,in order to figure out the dynamic response curve of stress and displacement.The results render basis for the optimization design of the drilling rig’s multi-luffing mechanism and provide reference for the optimization design of those multi-luffing mechanisms suitable for other fully-hydraulic drilling rigs.
