摘要
本研究针对在校大学生对个人的学涯、职涯与生涯存在不同程度及种类的焦虑与困惑,并且多数高校已逐步意识到个性化指导的教育意义,并已初步尝试展开一对一职业生涯咨询服务活动的基础上开展。然而由于资源分配、专业师资与辅导理念的差异,执行策略与成效不一,且有待提升。针对高校职业生涯咨询服务的现状与成效进行分析,阐述开设此一对一咨询服务的意义,并为咨询工作提供专业性且具体化的辅导程序、技巧及建议。希冀各高校可善用专业咨询师、辅导员或其它专兼职教师资源,完善职业生涯咨询服务辅导机制,有效协助大学生及早完成个人的职业生涯规划,解决学子的学业与就业问题。
In light of observing many students’anxiety and confusion about their academic,vocational,and life career,each college has gradually recognized the educational significance of personalized guidance,and launched one-to-one career consulting service accordingly.However,due to the difference between professional consultants and tutors’perspectives to the service,their implementation strategies and effectiveness are far divergent and need to be improved.This paper analyzes the current career consulting service in colleges and universities,expounds the significance of offering this service,and provides professional and concrete suggestions regarding counseling process and skills.Hopefully,colleges and universities can make good use of professional consultants,counselors,or other full-time and part-time teachers,to improve their career consulting mechanisms,effectively assist students to complete their career planning as soon as possible,and solve their employment problems eventually.
