首要教学原理在就业指导课程混合式教学中的应用与实践——以衡阳师范学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 大学生职业发展与就业指导课程的教学要求和混合式教学应用现状,迫切需要构建更为科学有效的混合式教学方案,而首要教学原理具有很强的适用性。根据首要教学原理,文章以衡阳师范学院为例,探索"一聚八块三段九步"就业指导课程混合式教学方案,即聚焦一个中心、八个教学模块、三个阶段与九个步骤。这一教学方案具有阶段性与一致性的自然融合、主导性与主体性的完美结合、始终聚焦问题的思路等特点,有效解决当前就业指导课程存在的一些突出问题。 The teaching requirements of College Students’Career Development and Guidance Course and the current situation of application of hybrid teaching call for a hybrid teaching scheme which is believed more scientific and effective.And the Primary Teaching Principle is of great applicability.According to the Primary Teaching Principle,this article explores a hybrid teaching scheme which focuses on one center,8 teaching modules,3 phases and 9 procedures.Featured by integrating periodicity and consistency,dominance and subjectivity,and focusing on the train of thought of solving a problem,this teaching scheme has addressed some outstanding issues in career guidance course teaching with great effect.
