和调健脾方对修复功能性腹泻大鼠肠黏膜损伤的相关作用机制研究

Study on the Mechanism of the Effect of Hetiao Jianpi Decoction on Repairing Intestinal Mucosa Injury in Rats with Functional Diarrhea

目的探讨省级名中医临床经验方——和调健脾方修复功能性腹泻大鼠肠黏膜损伤的作用机理。方法将20只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、中药干预组及阳性对照组。通过HE染色法观察大鼠结肠组织病理变化,ELISA检测大鼠血清中DAO、D-乳酸、结肠组织中SIgA含量、血清中MTL及VIP含量变化。结果与模型组相比,中药干预组大鼠血清中DAO、D-乳酸含量降低(P<0.05,P>0.05),结肠组织SIgA含量显著升高(P<0.01),血清中MTL含量显著降低(P<0.01),VIP含量明显升高(P<0.05)。结论和调健脾方可通过修复功能性腹泻大鼠肠黏膜结构损伤,提高肠黏膜免疫功能,调节胃肠蠕动。

Objective To explore the mechanism of the clinical experience of provincial famous Chinese medicine practitioners-Hetiao Jianpi Decoction in repairing intestinal mucosal injury in rats with functional diarrhea.Methods 20 Wistar rats are randomly divided into blank group,model group,Chinese medicine intervention group and positive control group.The pathological changes of colonic tissue are observed by HE staining.The serum DAO,D-lactic acid,MTL,VIP and SIgA in colon tissue are detected by ELISA.Results Compared with the model group,the levels of DAO and D-lactic acid in the serum of rats in the Chinese medicine intervention group are decreased(P<0.05,P>0.05).The content of SIgA in the colon tissue is significantly increased(P<0.01).The MTL content is significantly decreased(P<0.01)and VIP content increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Hetiao Jianpi Decoction can prevent the occurrence of diseases by repairing intestinal mucosal structure damage in rats with functional diarrhea,improving intestinal mucosal immune function.
