调节免疫系统的昆虫类药物的研究现状与思考

Current situation and consideration of insect drugs regulating immune system

近年来关于昆虫类药物的研究成为一大新兴热点,许多国家加大了对昆虫类药物研究与开发的资金投入。研究显示昆虫类药物在调节免疫系统方面具有显著的效果。现就昆虫肽类、昆虫蛋白类、昆虫蛋白酶抑制剂类、昆虫多糖类、昆虫活性物质类以及昆虫天然免疫基因类药物在调节免疫系统方面的作用进行综述,以便为调节免疫系统的昆虫类药物的研发提供参考。

In recent years,the research on insect drugs has become a new hotspot.Many countries have increased the investment in the research and development of insect drugs.Studies have shown that insect drugs have significant effects on regulating the immune system.In this paper,the roles of insect peptides,insect proteins,insect protease inhibitors,insect polysaccharides,insect active substances and insect natural immune gene drugs in regulating the immune system are reviewed so as to provide reference for the research and development of insect drugs regulating the immune system.
