The Evolution and Insight of China’s Private Economic Policy since the Reform and Opening up

在我国现有的经济制度中,民营经济是国民经济结构中一个重要的组成部分。国家对民营经济的政策不断演进,不断加大鼓励和支持力度。本文通过梳理改革开放以来国家对民营经济的政策发展进路,尝试总结政策演进对我国民营经济发展的启示,即继续坚持民营经济发展的公平竞争环境;继续完善民营经济发展的良好舆论环境;继续坚持民营经济的社会主义性质;继续坚持民营经济的发展以人民为中心。

In China’s current economic system,the private economy is an important part of the national economic structure.The state policy for the private economy has been evolving and becoming increasingly encouraging and supportive.This paper has attempted to summarize the insights as to how the policy evolution influences the development of the private economy in China by reviewing the relevant policies issued since the reform and opening up.They include continuing to create a fair competition environment;improve the public opinion environment;adhere to the socialist nature;and adhere to the people-centered development path,all for the purpose of developing the private economy.
