The Marxist state theory explains the origin and essence of the state and deeply reveals the law governing its development,having a remarkable guiding value to the contemporary society.Based on China’s basic national conditions,putting the Marxist state theory into practice,basing ourselves on improving the role of the general public in checking and overseeing the state powers,regulating the relationship between the government and society,adhering to the"social"orientation of reform,and relying on the social organizations are conducive to liberating and developing social productivity,transforming and optimizing government functions,and stimulating and enhancing social vitality,which will help with the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
