摘要
以从长白朝鲜族自治县马鹿沟采集的山楂海棠种子为试验材料,对其种子形态、千粒重等指标进行了初步研究,探讨了不同处理方式对种子萌发的影响。结果表明:山楂海棠种子长3.5~5.61 mm、宽1.61~3.35 mm、厚0.78~2.58 mm、千粒重9.52 g,利用层积法处理山楂海棠种子萌发效果最好。
The seeds of Malus komarovii(Sarg.)Rehd.colleted in Malugou of Changbai county were used as experimental materials,the seed morphology,1000-grain weight and other indicators were studied and the effect of different treatments on seed germination was discussed.The results showed that the length,width and thickness of the seeds were 3.5~5.61 mm,1.61~3.35 mm,0.78~2.58 mm,the 1000-grain weight was 9.52 g,and the seed germination effects was the best by layer method.
