摘要
对攀钢钒高钛型钒钛磁铁矿高炉节能环保改造设计特点进行了总结,采用优化的攀钢特色长寿型复合炉衬结构,升级改造出铁场除尘系统、矿槽除尘系统,增设炉顶放散消音及除尘设施,热风炉本体改造为双预热系统,改进钒钛高炉蓄铁式主沟及采用等一系列实用先进技术,达到"环保、节能、稳定、高效、经济"的目标。
This paper summarizes the design characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection renovation of vanadium titanium magnetite blast furnace in PISCO.The furnace body system is optimized and reformed.The optimized characteristic longevity composite furnace lining structure of PISCO is adopted.Upgrade and transform the dust removal system of the iron discharge field and the dust removal system of the ore trough.Set up facilities for noise dissipation and dust removal on top of furnace.Hot air furnace body modification and double preheating system.a series of practical advanced technologies such as improved vanadium titanium blast furnace iron storage main ditch To achieve the goal of"environmental protection,energy conservation,stability,efficiency and economy".
