摘要
利用金相分析,对比生产过程工况,分析出柳钢热轧2032mm生产线横裂缺陷的产生原因,通过治理生产线局部漏水、优化压下制度和温度制度,提高带锏的整体温度和温度均匀性,彻底解决了横裂问题。
Useing the metallographic analysis,compare production process and working condition,the causes of transverse crack defects in hot-rolled strip of Liuzhou Steel 2032 mm Hot Rolling Strip Mill were analyzed,through controlling the Local leaking in rolling line,optimizing reduction schedule and temperature schedule,raising the overall temperature of the strip and temperature uniformity,completely solve the transverse crack defects.
