高强钢材料在轻卡车厢上的应用

摘要 随着央视"大吨小标"事件的曝光,各大主机厂的轻卡轻量化工作迫在眉睫。本文针对某商用轻卡车厢进行轻量化工作,对车厢的纵梁和横梁进行结构优化,并采用高强钢材料对车厢材料进行替换,实现减重27%。对比轻量化前后车厢的强度、刚度和耐冲击的CAE分析结果,能够满足客户的需求,并通过试验验证,在实际使用中得到用户的认可。 With the exposure of CCTV’s"large tonnage and small standard"incident,light weight reduction work of major OEMs is imminent.This article aims at reducing the weight of a commercial light truck,optimizing the longitudinal beams and crossbeams of the car,and using high-strength steel materials to replace the car material,achieving a weight reduction of 26%.Comparing the results of CAE analysis of the strength,stiffness and impact resistance of the front and rear compartments,it can meet the needs of customers,and through testing and verification,it has been recognized by users in actual use.
