Leading the Modernization of China’s National Governance System by Modernizing CCP’s Governance System——An Analysis Base on the Sociology of Political Parties

中国国家治理体系是包括党的治理体系、政府治理体系、企业治理体系、市场治理体系和社会治理体系等在内的广义的国家治理体系。其中,党在国家治理体系中居于核心地位,党的领导是中国国家治理体系不同于西方的最本质特征。中国国家治理体系现代化的关键和难点是如何让党的领导更有效地嵌入政府治理体系、企业治理体系、市场治理体系和社会治理体系等各领域各环节。建国七十年来,我国的经济、社会和文化日益现代化,党的治理体系必须适应这一新的变化和现实,才能真正实现以自身的现代化引领整个国家治理体系的现代化。

China’s national governance system is a broad and extensive system,including the CCP’s governance system,the government/administrative governance system,corporate governance system,the market governance system,and the social governance system,etc.The CCP is the leading core of China’s national governance system,which is fundamentally different from the national governance systems of Western countries.The leading role of CCP should be realized in every sector and corner of the Chinese society.So the key and difficult point of the modernization of China’s national governance system is how to realize the leading role of CCP by effectively embedding the CCP in the government governance system,the corporate governance system,the market governance system and the social governance system.With the increasing modernization of Chinese society over the past 70years,the CCP’s governance system should adapt to this new reality and lead the modernization of China’s national governance system by modernizing its own governance system.
