Global Environmental Problems and Their Governance in the Era of "Anthropocene"

人类活动极大地改变了地球生态系统的一些关键要素,我们已经步入了"人类世"时代。"人类世"时代的全球环境问题较之以往更加复杂,呈现出非线性、突发性以及难以预测性等特征。"人类世"时代的全球环境问题给国际社会带来根本性的挑战,全球环境问题的治理也面临一系列困境。国际社会需要从系统性、整体性的视角出发,对原有全球环境治理机制进行升级,构建包括主权国家、非国家行为体等多元主体参与的全球环境治理机制,以有效应对日益紧迫的全球环境问题的挑战。

The human activities have greatly changed some key factors of the earth’s ecosystem,and we have entered into the era of "Anthropocene".The global environmental problems in the era of "Anthropocene" are more complex than before,showing non-linear,sudden and unpredictable characteristics.They also bring fundamental challenges to the international community,causing the governance of themselves to face a series of difficulties.With a systematic and holistic approach,the international community needs to upgrade the original mechanism for governing global environmental issues,and build a global environmental governance mechanism with the participation of sovereign states and non-state actors,so as to effectively deal with the challenges posed by the increasingly urgent global environmental issues.
