The Selection of Innovation Path for Building an Earth Life Community in the New Era

马克思主义关于人与自然和谐统一的重要论述,习近平生态文明思想和人类命运共同体思想,是勾勒新时代共建地球生命共同体的中国方案与创新路径选择的根本指引和遵循。基于分析新时代共建地球生命共同体面临的六大挑战与逻辑思考,本文提出融外交引领、互联互通、民心相通、风险应对、技术援助路径于一体的新时代共建地球生命共同体的中国方案,其基本框架涵盖五大支柱:创新国际合作机制,聚焦"一带一路",创新增强战略互信的对外舆情传播,创新国际危机管控和化解机制,创新对外技术援助模式。

Marx’s important exposition on the unity and harmony of man and nature and Xi Jinping’s thoughts on ecological progress and the human community with a shared destiny are the fundamental guidelines to be followed in formulating a China program for building an earth life community and in selecting China’s innovation path in the new era.Based on an analysis of the six major challenges facing building an earth life community in the new era and the logical thinking about it,this paper proposes a China program for jointly building an earth life community in the new era integrating adhering to the leading role of diplomacy,connectivity,people-to-people exchanges,risk response and technical assistance.The basic framework of the program consists of five major parts:innovating the international cooperation mechanism,focusing on the "Belt and Road" initiative,external communications strengthening strategic mutual trust,creating a new mechanism for international crisis control and resolution,and innovating the foreign technical assistance mode.
