民政行业高校毕业生就业质量跟踪调查分析——以北京社会管理职业学院九届毕业生为研究对象

就业工作关系到高校的社会声誉、招生规模、教学改革、专业建设,是高校工作的重中之重。做好毕业生就业质量跟踪调查研究,不仅是拓宽高校毕业生就业渠道、提高用人单位满意度的重要途径,更是反馈高职院校创新人才培养模式的重要依据。用好毕业生就业质量跟踪调查结果,对改革学院人才培养模式、倒逼学校人才培养制度创新有现实意义,对于优化专业设置和培养高素质人才有重要意义。文章通过对学院2010~2018届毕业生开展的就业质量跟踪调查,运用量性与质性研究相结合的方法,重点关注了毕业生就业状况、就业质量、自主创业情况及职业发展特点,了解了毕业生对于学院专业培养目标、培养过程等的评价,并对学校教学、人才培养、课程设置等培养环节的改革完善提出建议。
