饲喂麦秸对湖羊血液代谢的影响 被引量:1

Effect of wheat straw on the blood metabolism in Hu sheep

摘要 为了研究饲喂麦秸对湖羊血液代谢的影响,试验选取12只40 kg左右的健康公湖羊,预饲30 d后,随机分为2组,分别饲喂麦秸和苜蓿(对照),日粮精粗比为6∶4,试验为期3周,于第0、7、14、21天时采集湖羊血液,进行血清代谢组检测。结果显示:试验开始时,两组间无差异代谢产物;试验7 d两组间差异代谢物有7个,饲喂麦秸显著降低了β-丙氨酸、果糖2,6-二磷脂降解产物和尿素,升高了枞酸、丙氨酸、丙二酸和联苯。试验14 d两组间差异代谢物有4个,饲喂麦秸显著升高了1-甘油棕榈酸酯。试验21 d两组间无差异代谢物。研究结果表明,饲喂麦秸初期湖羊血液代谢物发生了显著变化,随着饲喂时间增加血液代谢逐渐恢复,3周时恢复到与对照组一致。本研究为麦秸在反刍动物上的应用提供了理论基础。 In order to investigate the effect of wheat straw on the blood metabolism in Hu sheep,12 healthy male Hu sheep with a bodyweight of about 40 kg were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly.One group was fed with alfalfa and the other was fed with wheatstraw.The formal feeding started after a 30 day pre-feeding period,and the diet-to-enrichment ratio was 6:4.The blood samples of the sheep were collected at 0 d,7d,14 d,and 21d.The results showed that no significant difference was observed in the metabolic profiles be-tween the two groups at 0 d.At 7d,there were seven significantly different blood metabolites between the two groups.Feeding wheat straw significantly decreased the contents ofβ-alanin,fructose 2,6-diphospholipid,and urea in the rams,but significantly increased the contents of abiotic acid,alanine,malonic acid and biphenyl in the animals.At 14 d,14 blood metabolites were significantly different be-tween the two groups.Feeding with wheat straw significantly increased the content of 1-glyceryl palmitate in the animals.However,no signifi-cant difference was observed in the metabolic profile at 21d.The present study indicated that wheat straw feeding significantly changed themetabolic profile of Hu sheep which recovered after 3 weeks of feeding.The present results provided a theoretical basis for the utilization ofwheat straw in ruminants.
