功能性寡糖对肉鸡盲肠微生物影响的Meta分析 被引量:4

Meta-analysis of functional oligosaccharide on cecal microorganisms in broilers

摘要 为研究功能性寡糖对肉鸡盲肠微生物的影响,通过计算机检索国内外发表的功能性寡糖对肉鸡盲肠微生物影响随机对照研究,根据纳入标准筛选了12篇文献24项研究,采用Stata 15.0软件分析了盲肠微生物各指标的合并效应量WMD及95%CI。Meta分析结果显示:42日龄肉鸡盲肠大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的WMD及95%CI分别为[-1.398(-2.075,-0.721),P<0.01]、[0.292(-0.010,0.594),P>0.05]、[0.283(0.069,0.496),P<0.05]。敏感性分析显示,大肠杆菌数量结果较为稳健,乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数量不够稳健,Egger回归法检验乳酸杆菌数量存在一定的发表偏倚。基于本次Meta分析可见,功能性寡糖可使42日龄肉鸡盲肠大肠杆菌数量显著降低,结论稳定;但是不能得出功能性寡糖可提高42日龄肉鸡盲肠乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的数量结论。 Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the effect of functional oligosaccharide on cecal microorganisms in broilers. The final analysis included 12 articles and 24 RCTs. Meta-analysis was conducted to evaluate the effective indexes using the Stata 15.0 software. The results showed that the WMD and 95% CI of Colibacillus, Lactobacillus, and Bifidobacillus in the 42-day old broilers were[-1.398(-2.075,-0.721), P<0.01],[0.292(-0.010,0.594), P>0.05], and[0.283(0.069, 0.496), P<0.05], respectively. Sensitivity analysis showed that the number of Colibacillus was stable, but the numbers of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacillus were not sufficiently stable. Egger regression results revealed a certain amount of publication bias in Lactobacillus. The functional oligosaccharide could significantly reduce the number of Colibacillus;however, it could not be concluded that the functional oligosaccharide could raise the number of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacillus in 42-day-old broilers.
